“Convenient but disappointing. However ISHMAIL totally saved the day”
Small problems checking in. Described as TILUM HIDEAWAY WITH PENTHOUSE POOL. Which was accurate. BUT the apartment NAME is actually TULUM CONDOS PARAMAR TERRA. It would be helpful to know that when you are trying to find it. However ISHMAIL the security man was brilliant. Not only did he Help us check in but when we left, I somehow stupidly left my backpack (with computer, passport and a lot of Cash) outside the building and drove away. He found it and kept it for me and saved me from multiple heart attacks. Of course I gave him a very good tip. Maybe I should have given him even more. Thank you ISHMAIL.
