“A great place but needs more attention to finish and detail at this level”
Beautifully designed, stylish, new, comfortable and private. Private mini-pool and coutyard. Private Rooftop lounge/barbecue area. Beautiful grounds built into the forest. Communal pools on 2 sites. Gym. Spectacular design of all the grounds, walkways and buildings . Friendly, helpful staff: sourcing and ice pack late at night for a sprained ankle, and needle and thread for a sewing repair. Bikes available for hire at a very reasonable cost. Well situated and an easy bike ride between Tulum beach and Town. Much nicer site than the beach front area which is noisy and busy. Our site (Siwa Élevé Unique) was beautifully quiet.

“The best resort we ever stayed in”
We had absolutely amazing time in Siwa. When we first arrive through the mysterious entrance, the resost took our breath away. The villas are absolutely stunning and you will feel like you live inside an Instagram post. Our room was always spotless clean and cleaning staff spent everyday at least an hour making sure everything is perfect. Breakfast and all the meals we had in the restaurant were amazing, Michelin star quality for reasonable prices! And last but not least I have to mention some of Siwa staff, who were amazing and because of them we always felt welcome and our stay felt like home. Thank you Mara - for everyday chat, Ro - for your hospitality and smile, George - for teaching us Spanish and all the jokes we shared and to Daniel - the best mixologist we ever experienced - your drinks were like from other planet - absolutely stunning and delicious! “A unique stay in the Jungle yet very close to town- kind staff and excellent breakfast.”
Loved the ambience and setting of the hotel- it felt secluded yet very close to downtown/beach area. The staff were so kind and warm; would high recommend. Beautiful details in every corner of the hotel and the rooms were very spacious.

What a wonderful place in the middle of the jungle. An incredible oasis, lost in the Tulum greenery. We felt lost in time but in a luxurious oasis. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The place is amazing. We only stayed one night but would love to have stayed longer.

“A comfortable and chic place in the heart of Tulum.”
We loved the aesthetic of the place. Nicole was very helpful in getting us a great tour to chicken Itzá. There is a free shuttle to beach clubs so that’s convenient. Pools spa and yoga all very were cool! Room itself is also well designed and very comfortable for families and friends. Spa was also amazing. Best I have had in a while.

Amazing stay ! Everything was perfect , I didn't want to leave. Breakfast service 10/10. Thanks to Nicki (lobby) for all the info and to Yesi for keeping the room impeccable day and night. Perfect location , calm, safe , yet only 10 min away (by car) from the beach clubs/restaurants.

Very bad hotel. The hotel is dirty. The employees are not pleasant. No service at all. The towels are dirty. No room service. Very poor breakfast if you ask for coffee it is an extra charge of a lot of money
