So much noise—the walls are paper-thin, and you can even hear the neighbors snoring. The food is poor and basic. It feels like a hostel in the middle of Tulum.

The hotel has a nice, modern design, and the pool area is truly spectacular. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the view overlooking the pool. The location works well if you want to stay in the city rather than near the beach.

The location is very near the center and large markets, the lovely lobby, the pool is magnificent, a great rooftop bar, and the gym is very professional people working there very polite and helpful. The room does not have a fridge, but they found a fridge and gave it to me Very safe and large parking under the building. They clean the room every day

The walls are paper thin and you hear everything, no safebox in all rooms, no phone in rooms to request towels as they didn’t have enough for a couple, the breakfast has not enough options this is not a holiday inn and coffee was bad.

The staff was very nice ! The location of the hotel was perfect, in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants and places to go out. You can rent bikes in the shop next to the hotel to go to the Beach. The bedroom was confortable.
