It is a very cozy peaceful place. Very simple but had all I needed. The staff were wonderful.I rented a bike while I was there and was able to ride into town and to the cenotes very easily.

“Serene location, comfortable stay, friendly staff”
Good location, close to restaurants, not a long distance from main attractions in Tulum. Walking distance from 7Eleven. Access to the beach from hotel and atmosphere was very good. It was also close to the dive shop we chose. Staff were friendly and helped us in whatever way they can.

“Perfect place to relax and unwind.”
Perfect quiet location on a small quieter beach, but close enough to hotel zone and 10min drive to Tulum town. Basic hotel but clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful and cozy hotel just by the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms and the staff at the restaurant was superfriendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a seaview. Small but clean pool for a refreashing dip. We loved the nightly visits from the cautious racoon family. Over all a fantastic stay!

The hotel is amazing! We had our bungalow nr 3, which was perfect - close to the beach. The feeling is great - Carribbean vibe - they have beds and umbrellas at the beach for free if you stay in the hotel. The staff is kind and always helpful! We will definetly come back if we come to Tulum! Strongly recommended!

“Must Stay Place - I do not say this lightly”
Best value accommodation of my entire central America trip. In the heart of Tulum, on a secluded private beach. So peaceful and beautiful. You avoid all the instagrammers and bloggers and see a portion of what tulum used to be. Surrounding by nice cheap food places. You can easily cycle / motorbike into the city and eat proper mexican food (none of this vlog food nonsense). The view from our apartment (room 1) meant we were literally on the beach. Top tier view.

Very clean and very comfortable, our room had lovely view and literally on the beach which was very clean. Easy to walk from there.receptiin staff very helpful.be prepared for racoons on the veranda., we didn't know and had a bit of a surprise at that.

“Amazing stay in Tulum”
Great location near lots of very good restaurants, Lovely terrace with the bedroom. It was a great stay with 2 little kids. We couldn't swim in the sea because of the sargassum but the pool was great so it didn't matter and the beach beds and hammocks were amazing.

“It feels like a hidden gem”
Great location situated close to bars and restaurants. On a small, calm and cozy beach. The partial sea view king room we had was very cozy as well. The breakfast was satisfying but other than that it’s a great restaurant with very good homemade pasta.
