This is a very relaxing and remote little Ecco venue, with a perfect setting but you are off the beaten track when it coming to food. There is a restaurant at the venue in the day but quite pricey. A very nice Thai restaurant about a 15 minute walk for dinner but again expensive. Lots of little beach bars to f you walk along by the road.

The accommodation is a gem in the middle of a quiet area. The beach is amazing, the swimming pool is a nice addition and the room and bed were comfortable considering the location. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Everything can be paid for by card or cash and the area can be reached by car. Accommodation has also free parking. However, it should be noted that the accommodation is located in a nature reserve, which charges a daily entrance fee per person.

“simple, jungle vibes chill getaway on the Beach”

A cute resort right on the beach (count 20 steps and you're there!). The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was super spacious, the shower great. There was a safe which was good. There was also a big water dispenser with drinking water, which is crucial in Mexico. There is no fridge but they have a cooler box and you can get ice from them. Everything had a simple, nice design that matched the jungle on the water scenery. It was very quiet, both during the day and night. The beach wasn't too crowded. Quite a few nice dining options around, including the cafe / beach club of Playa Esperanza itself. A lot of animals - iguanas, various birds and nasua (they call them raccoons). We had perfectly hot water in the shower, and when it didn't work we told them, they checked it and sorted it immediately. The water in the shower are a bit salty! But we found it funny :) The room was cleaned every day (which was necessary - it is on the beach after all! And no matter how much you try, you will get sand in your room..). All in all we had a great time there, it was exactly what we wanted.

Amazing place. Very nice bungalows and friendly staff. Beach fantastic. Pool smaller than expected but didn’t really matter because of the nice beach. Nice relaxing wibe.

“What an experience!”

Wow — just wow. An absolutely magical place! The jungle setting was incredible, the access to the beach was perfect, and the pool was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers everywhere. The accommodation itself was a charming little cabin, and we felt absolutely wonderful there.

“A little peace of paradise”

We loved the peacefulness of the place, as the hotel is in the middle of the Jaguar Park, which we purposely chose. Our "hut" was directly looking into the beach and we woke up to the sound of the sea and the waves, it was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bath super cute. No issue at all to have a cold fresh shower, as the days were quite hot. There is also a little pool in the hotel, and we could just lay there to relax looking into the beach. There is a bar/cafe on site, with nice juices and snacks and cool staff, though open only until 17.30 but there are other options close by (very nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner as well).

I had the most amazing time as a solo traveller. Location was incredible as literally on the beach. The hut is very simple with basic facilities but you get used to it quickly! Highly recommend eating at Mezzanine close by for meals (breakfast is very good). Thank you for a great was experience all the staff were very friendly!

“Outstanding stay on the beach”

Beach front location…and the beach was spectacular!. Rustic and relaxed. Staff were nice to interact with. Helpful, they’d book restaurants for us and arrange taxis. Able to rent sound bikes for the day for a good price, which were great to get around on. There are plenty of options for meals close by.
