Nice beach location

“Tropical paradise, family friendly and great rooms.”

This is beautiful place right on the beach. The staff were so friendly and the vibe was so relaxed and calm. The family room was perfect, inside and outside space right onto the beach. The breakfast was great, and was included even though it wasn't on booking.com. They helped with booking tours and providing recommendations. The cleaning staff did an amazing job too with keeping the beach out of the rooms. There was some seaweed when we were there but they clean up the beach every morning and Niken had the cleanest spot of beach for quite a way! We loved it!

Beautiful hotel located in the quieter part of the hotel zone which we preferred. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were so friendly and charming. I would definitely go back.

Excellent rooms with easy access to the beach. Great location with lot of restaurants and cafés near by. Amazing staff to take care of you. Best place to relax and enjoy.

“A relaxing end to a great holiday”

We really appreciated the fantastic welcome and great service from the lovely people there - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and the terrace was gorgeous, right on the beach with fabulous views. It was great to be able to use all the facilities after we'd checked out - which meant we spent a few idyllic hours at the beach club before our trip to the airport and home. We were also given complimentary breakfast during our stay - a nice surprise!

“Paradise”

The rooms were perfect (had the deluxe suite). Every last detail thought of. The lounges were comfortable and there were so many different options, we never went without. Staff were really helpful. Food was delicious. Location is great if you’re wanting to be away from the noise but still within walking distance. Loved it!!

“A perfect place to recharge your batteries”

We liked the fact that the hotel offers a very tranquil and chilled type of rest. All the staff work really hard to provide their guests with the most relaxing experience. The hotel territory was simply beautiful and well taken care of. Our room had a magnificent view. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need all the way up to an spf lip balm 😅 the cleaning staff did an amazing job every time. I was looking forward to the breakfast each day: simple but good quality with always friendly staff serving us. We really rested well there - thank you.

“Peaceful location and wonderful staff”

We stayed at the Niken for 2-weeks at the end of September. The service we received here was exceptional, and the food we enjoyed was some of the best in Tulum. The hotel provided us with a complementary breakfast. It consisted of juice, fruit, granola, and yoghurt, and a choice of either eggs or bread basket. Both options were delicious and very generous portion sizes. We enjoyed lunch here on most days, pictures attached. I’d highly recommend any of the dishes but my personal favourite was the grilled octopus salad. We also enjoyed the smoothies and amazing cocktails.

“Quiet boutique hotel”

It‘s quiet, great seaviews from the apartments on the first floor, handy to have a small supermarket just across the street, many restaurants around, nice beach (someone removes the seaweed daily but it comes back depending on the season), the restaurant is good (as we travelled low season we even got free breakfast), the cook managed to prepare glutenfree pancakes with gf flour I brought, the lady at the reception was very nice and they allowed a late check-out as it was low season

Great place, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great food selection though it should have some more mexican local dishes ! Special thanks to the staff that made our stay very pleasant: Gustavo, Manuel, Gabriel, Carlos and Roberto. You guys were very kind to us, thanks (you went beyond yourselves to find us fresh fish !)

It's absolutely fabulous✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ We could not recommend this resort highly enough. We could not have asked for anything more!!! From check-in to departure, there was not a single moment we did not enjoy👌 ALL the staff were attentive, and nothing was a problem. A special shout out to our lovely woman at reception, you are gold, and thank you for your kindness in assisting us with Spanish/English translation(and everything else!) The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and you will not be disappointed!👌✨️ The room was immaculate and cleaned every day with top ups of drinking water and fresh towels provided each day. Thank you, Niken Beachfront, for having us, and we commented each day how fortunate we were to book your beautiful piece of paradise. We were devastated to leave. It's an amazing place, and if we didn't live so far away,(Aus) we would definitely be back!!!! It was a pleasure🙏👌✨️

“Beautiful paradise, ideal location.”

Roberto on reception was so helpful and welcoming. He truly made the place even more incredible. He helped so much with arranging our excursion and transport and even made us a packed lunch for the day we left as it was early in the morning and we would be missing breakfast. The location is perfect just a ten mins walk from Gitanos & Bagatelle. Couldn’t recommmend enough.

“Incredibly crowded beach club with non hotel guests”

The location is quiet, a bit away from the more noise party area of Tulum. There are restaurants close. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included with the rooms and it was good enough.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Great beach front accommodation and the staff were all great. A short walk to some of tulums finest restaurants and bars. If we're ever back in Tulum, we'd stay here again.
