“A pleasant hidden gem in the heart of Tulum”

The staff were absolutely great! Cannot fault them at all, nothing was too much trouble. I especially want to extend the highest commendations I possible can to the reception staff, they were truly excellent at their jobs! The cocktails from the bar were delicious and the housekeeping staff always did an excellent job. I particularly liked that when we had an issue with the air-conditioning in our room and asked the manager to switch, he was very accommodating and more than happy to resolve the issue.

Beautiful rooftop with large swimming pool. Rooms were well equipped. Their bathroom products were nice too. The area was clean, modern and safe and there were local restaurants, bars and shops. They had free bikes and free parking.

The size of the room was spacious. I did enjoy the buletooth surround sound.

A very luxurious hotel in alta zamea which is 15 mins from the beach and 10 from downtown. Rooms are beautifully decorated with great facilities. TV kettle etc. Pool and restaurant on the top floor is amazing..Mojitos in the infinity pool slightly above the jungle trees..

The staff were exceptional in every way. They did a Birthday surprise room makeover fir my daughter plus booked a great place for us to eat at. Property was excellent and in a nice neighbourhood

The rooftop and the pool wera amazing. Great food in the restaurant of the Hotel and amazing staff. Parking for cars available for free just outside the hotel.

the rooms were really spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. everything was well designed, clean and modern and the staff extremely helpful - especially big shout out to Omar at the restaurant!

Beautiful, clean boutique hotel situated in a great location within Aldea Zama. Staff are excellent, so friendly & super accommodating!

I really loved the hotel. The room was a great size. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very nice and well designed.

The staff at the hotel were professional and attentive in all aspects. The pool and the jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Continental breakfast was delicious.

We came to this hotel late in the evening and were given our room very quickly. Surprisingly we got a bigger room with a sofa, despite originally booking a smaller one. The room was huge with two double beds, a sofa, a shower, a fridge, and a balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main highway. We came from Cancun airport by rented car and I have to say that we didn't have a problem with parking at all. There are a lot of parking lots in front of the hotel. Also, it's recommended to have a car when you stay in NAAY, since there is no public transportation in near proximity. There is a bicycle rental straight outside of the hotel though. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day... though we asked to clean every other day. There is a big groceries supermarket in Tulum. We were buying fruits (mangos, pineapples, avocados, etc...), beer, and water there for the most affordable prices. Don't buy it in the shops near the hotel. As for the beach, we were going to Paradiso Beach club... for 500 pesos you get two sun beds, an umbrella, car parking, and a beautiful location. On the last evening, we decided to chill on the roof by the pool... and we found it also a cool location. It's very quiet with a nice view and cozy gazebos.
