Very clean. Safe. Was fairly close to the photos on the description. On site cafe is nice and staff a pleasure to meet. These are independently owned units that are managed by property agents site 9-5

Nice room, washer/drier, great pool. Has a kitchen, but just the essentials. We hired the ATV's to get around and this was fun and great. but the ATV's are in such bad condition and need a wheel alignment. This apartment is about half way between Tulum beach area and the town. Maybe closer to town. You can not walk there. The ATV's were great for this, but the beach area is more popular and has nice boutiques but you really can't access the beach unless you go to a restaurant.

“Beautiful stay”

I can’t believe the negative reviews. From the minute we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful it was. The two bed apartment was beautiful and spacious and had everything you needed including on suites in both rooms. Taxi facilities outside all the time and a short work to the closet 7 eleven and a short taxi ride to the local main areas.

We were a Family of 6 adults and 4 kids and we had booked the 3BHK Apartment .....the Apartment was good in size and as per the photos

Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. The apartment was not very clean upon arrival, which already set a negative tone. The worst part, however, was the unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was so intense that it made the space nearly unusable. The issue was serious enough that a maintenance worker had to come and replace the pipes entirely, which kept us stuck inside the room for over two hours during our vacation. On top of that, the apartment is poorly equipped: no basic kitchen condiments (not even salt or oil), no hangers in the closet, and not even a full-length mirror — all of which are normally standard in similar listings. On a more positive note, the staff were friendly and responsive to our concerns, and the pool is indeed beautiful.

Really amazing stay, we extended 2 times! 🙏🏼♥️ Some highlights are price/ quality, helpful staff (easily reachable via WhatsApp), the pool, large room, large bed, small kitchen. They also helped us with a transit to the airport 🙏🏼. Really highly recommended!

Clean, beautiful and spacious

We enjoyed nice swimming pool and gym. The apartment was made in a good taste. Beautiful greenery around.

The beds are super comfy.

I would never rent this apartment again. It's extremely badly equipped, and the company managing it is not professional enough to solve small and simple problems. For instance, the kitchen in the apartment was equipped with two "deep" pots that were not compatible with the stove. So they removed them without replacing them. When I asked for a new pot so we could boil water/food, they said they didn't have any spare. This was just one of the problems... So if this is the kind of apartment and service you are looking for for your holiday I strongly recommend it!

Mistiq is a great option for everyone who needs a quiet space & good facilities. Service is professional and quick, reception helpful, location good (you need a bike/car to get to the city center or to the beach comfortably but on the other hand there’s no noise and that’s - in my opinion - the most important :)). We liked it.
