“Consider this before booking...”

I stayed at Menesse from March 12 to 24, 2026. By March 18, no one had changed out the 2 towels I was provided, provided more toilet paper, or emptied the garbage (or given new garbage bin bags when I emptied it). After contacting them they brought said items. I asked for one more towel change before I left and they never arrived or provided explanation. The shower and toilet did not work properly. They came to look at the shower and cut a hole in the wall to access the hot water tank but did not cover the hole. I had to open the toilet tank and push a botton to refill the tank for the entire stay. There was mold in the bathroom. I awoke to the fire alarm intermittently beeping at 300 am. It needed a new battery, as such, I advised that if they dropped of a new battery, I would install it. They ignored my message. Outside there were large garbage bins that were not closed for a couple of days and the entire building smelled of garbage. I had my rented bike chained up outside and it was one of three bikes stolen that day. I had to pay the replacement cost of the bike. The bike rental place notes they had rented almost 1000 bikes this year and almost all the stolen bikes went missing from this apartment complex. There is a gap in the video camera area where the bikes were taken, of which Menesse was aware. The staff informed me that a bike had been taken from inside the locked garage, and it was chained up. I have travelled to almost 40 countries and have never left a negative comment. The owner of this unit particularly are non- responsive and don't provide even the basics, nor are they concerned about your safety.

I had the best stay here. Stayed three nights and wished it could have been more. The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

Loved the apartment layout and the rooftop pool. It’s like stepping in to an oasis. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great big and specious room, include everything you need. And close to the car rental areas which was a plus for me. The building is really fancy and include gym pool and spa, and the room has kitchen with amenities and great balcony.

Very clean, comes with amenities. Good Location, vice versa a huge Grocery store, close but not at main street to the Beach, National park, 10 min walk to the main tourist shops and restaurants. The Staff was very responsive even from before my journey has started. Top-notch cleaning, 2 times, during the stay. The Apartment was in building "B", which is located on a very quiet street, so that was amazing as well. Best WIFI, very good for digital nomads.

The apartment was easy to find, close to a massive supermarket and the road to the beach, and the facilities including the rooftop pool and gym were great. Please note that the bikes in the photo are not included - you have to pay 200 MXN extra a day for the push bike. Having cooking facilities in the studio was also very handy.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and clean, and the owner is friendly and promptly reactive to inquiries. We were pleased to find ample drinking water available in the apartment. We would be happy to stay there again!

The place was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. I cooked twice as the kitchen had everything. I also went to both pools that were great! At the hotel I also rented a bike and motorcycle which was easy and helped me get through Tulum.

We enjoyed our stay in Menesse, everything was perfect and spotless. The staff were very nice and helped us get a parking place. You have to ask them for availability everytime. They were also responsive when we needed anything. We loved how you have all the basic utensils in the room to cook and Chedraui is just on the other side of the road. It's a little walk to downtown and a little away from the beach, but we had a car.
