“A fun and memorable stay and the amazing social atmosphere.”
The atmosphere of the hostel was great, with a very social and welcoming environment that made it easy to meet new people. The facilities were clean, the common areas were lively, and the location was convenient. What made the biggest difference, however, was the staff. Denis Cruz at the reception was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. He went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I also joined the cenote tour with him, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my stay. His positive energy, local knowledge, and genuine interest in guests created a fantastic experience.

The place is really nice, services were really good. Great place to meet people. The activities (the yoga instructor is really professional) and the kindness of the receptionists were amazing. :)

The hostel bar music was way too loud which is kind of annoying spaciali when they tell you at 10pm you have to be quiet because of night time but i guess the dj is an exception.

The breakfast was first class. I'm happy I didn't miss it. The whole building has an amazing, chill, calm and nice vibe. The rooms were cleaned every day, and it's a huge plus that not only one but two bathroom and two toilet were inside the room (12 beds female). The social area was amazing and well decorated, drinkable water is always accessible in the kitchen. I think this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed. Worth the hipe !!!
