Honestly, this was the best place I’ve stayed in Tulum, and I’ve been here many times. Gary is a great host — super helpful, responsive, and really thoughtful. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the place. Everything is exactly like in the pictures . The little extras made a big difference — good coffee every day, filtered water — and the apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning which is quite rare. The location is great, and for what you get, the price is very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Tulum.

Located in a quiet part of town and WAY better than staying down on the expensive beach strip, I highly recommend staying here. Great value for the cost. A real gem! Gary and Liz have a really lovely place. Our suite was huge and really nicely done up. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Pool area and terrace lovely. Miguel the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Great location in centre of Tulum but away from the noise of the main drag.

I liked the space of the room, the tranquility of the place. The shower was very good also and I liked that the host sent us some recommendations for the tulum area. Very good place for a couple.

The communication from the property was excellent - the owners messaged with clear instructions and there was someone at the property to meet me and help me to my room. The room was lovely as it is in the photos, plenty of space and coffee supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good - I felt very at home here and would definitely return here. The location was excellent for Central Tulum which I was happy to be in instead of by the beach. You definitely need transport - I hired a bicycle one day and a scooter the next - its about a 6k walk to the beach. Overall i loved staying here and would recommend it for sure.

“Gorgeous rooms in a great location”

Location was great near ADO bus stop, Colectivo, main road, lots of shopping and beautiful eateries. Room was gorgeous. Love the tiles, open plan room/ bathroom, and shelving. Had everything we needed. Staff and owners very helpful allowed us to keep our suitcases here slightly longer which was really convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Huge room with kitchenette and giant bed - really comfortable and in lovely plant-filled surroundings. Great location in Tulum too. The owners were always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. Lovely small pool to cool off in.

Peaceful location 5min walk from the main street. Free street parking, everything was clean and the staff guy was very friendly and attentive!

“Great stay in Tulum center”

We really liked our stay at Les Suites Calle 2 in Tulum. The location is great in the city center, close to all the restaurants and shops. It is also easy to grab a taxi to go to the beach clubs and Tulum ruins. We rented a scooter for a couple of days which was also very handy to go to cenotes for example. The place was also big enough that I could do workouts in the morning. Gary is a great host, responsive and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone.

There is very close to main street and you can easly find everything. Room is very clean. Stuff is very nice. Owner is so helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

“Perfect comfy stay in Tulum”

I have stayed at Les Suites before and was so happy to be back. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed - you can cook a full meal in your kitchen. They also provide good coffee or you can buy Nespresso pods, there is free drinking water provided. I especially loved the very strong, very hot shower and the owners were super flexible and accommodating with me dropping off my luggage early and check-out which was much appreciated. Also, the area is nice and quiet but you are only a couple of blocks from all the action plus the prices are unbeatable for Tulum!

The property exceeded all my expectations! The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The owners clearly prioritize cleanliness; everything was spotless. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped for my six-day stay: a very large refrigerator, a toaster, and even a Bodum coffee maker – everything I needed to prepare excellent breakfasts. The pictures of the rooms accurately reflect the amenities included in the rental. I should add that the Wi-Fi was very stable, which allowed me to hold a few business meetings during my stay. And finally, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the ADO bus station. Very convenient!

Very comfortable room, with huge bed, lovely shower, and kitchen with sufficient utensils to cook properly. It's well located, and the hosts were very responsive.
