“Stunning seaside escape with the friendliest staff :)”

This is an amazing property! The sound of the sea is so soothing that it’s incredibly hard to leave, you’ll want to stay forever. The beds were very comfy, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. On top of that, the staff are lovely and friendly, and having good parking on-site was a huge plus for convenience.

“Very pleasant stay”

We had a lovely time spending a few days at this hotel. The coastline was beautiful, the rooms felt cozy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. All in all, I would happily stay there again.

“Exactly what we’re looking for and more”

After reading the reviews we were a bit apprehensive but what a gem! It’s exactly what we were looking for: A boutique hotel and not a resort vibe, by the beach, with ocean views and quiet. The beach is small, not private but we have it to ourselves in the morning. Having breakfast by the ocean was an absolute treat. The design was elegant. We could easily have spent a few more days here. The staff are so helpful. Getting around isn’t easy but that’s generally the case in Tulum, taxis are extortionately expensive, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. The ruins are easy to get to - just a short walk to the park entrance and there’s a shuttle bus that can take you there and to the other beaches.

Everyone is really friendly and always available to help. It is across the road from the beach, very handy. The actual rooms are stunning, they lack a space to hung clothes. I would go back but taking a beach room :-)

“Go for the "Titanic" Room”

Initially we had a reservation for a garden view room that we upgrade to a sea view room (the titanic)! That upgrade made all the difference. The titanic (the name of the room) was excellent. Nice view, privacy, lot's of space. There are no words... If it is available go for it

Very aesthetically done. Harmonious decor and both our room were really beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Fresh filtered water in the rooms. Staff helpful and fast in communication, yet discreet. Helped us book a taxi to airport. However be aware of the saragassum seaweed season. The beach was beautiful and 2 steps directly from hotel. But huge amounts of seaweed that made swimming impossible. Cleaning the beach wouldn’t have helped as is was sometimes up to 30 feet from shore. Nice breakfast. Possible to eat by beach.

“Charming hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay ! The hotel is charming and very chill. The staff helpful and creating a nice vibe. The room with sea view with little swimming pool is just amazing - we enjoyed waking up to this wonderful view. Also kids friendly.

Location of the Hotel is great. Room size and cleanliness was excellent!! The staff who Checked us in was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Not much vegetarian options; just the Juice, Fruit plate and Coffee. There was no fridge in the room but they let us use their common fridge in case we wanted to use. Overall very much happy and satisfied.

Such a beautiful aspect, with waterfront views. Comfortable and welcoming. Nice vibe with great food outside the door. Easy access to Mayan ruins and some exceptional cenotes.
