“You might actually like it. The courtyard is pleasant.”
Upon check-in, we were told that our room had been upgraded. The location is wonderful—right on the beachfront. However, you won't be able to take long walks along the beach, as it is flanked by cliffs on both sides. The rooms are good for this price range. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable. The room cleaning is good.

Location, hygiene and the beach. Perfect place to stay as a couple (or young family) if you want a peacefull, chill place at the beach, for a good price (compared to other venues at the beach).

“An amazing place right on the beach”
An amazing hotel right on the beach, 20 meters from the ocean. The rooms are cozy, the hotel itself is so well integrated into the surrounding nature, it feels so nice there.

I liked the room and it's authentic design, the area is very cosy, the beach is lovely, but unfortunately we couldn't not swim because of the sea weeds. Nice cafes are opposite the hotel. Short distance to the town.

“Terrific Stay For Us”
*Rooms 5 *Unbelievable position with own veranda right on beach. *Option to have free use of sunbeds on beach & access to beach club serving food next door. *Massage tent with 2 beds on beach below. *Public beach attracting a wonderful cross section of intriguing characters from sunrise to sunset devotees, meditating, stretching & just watching Nature in awe. Throughout the day, happy groups of family & friends. *Coffee & food options galore across the road

“So perfect!”
We stayed here for a week on somewhat of a last-minute booking and couldn’t believe how perfect the location was the value for money and the staff. Tulum is expensive but this hotel makes it feel great value for money.

Loved everything! We had the specious Beachfront room Nr.5 - live sunrise views every morning at 7am ! Beach, beach beds, beach service&food. Shared beach with the famous Azulik hotel. Location. Hotel & rooms design, reception, friendly staff ! Coffee machine in the room, access to refill drinking water.

“A lovely authentic and laid back place to stay.”
The location of our room overlooking the beachfront was superb. We had two rooms, the main bedroom having air conditioning. There was a jug and a a coffee machine with one carafe of fresh water each day. There was a fantastic vernadah to sit out under watching the sea.
