“Jungle hotel - Kan Tulum”
Kan Tulum is a different type of stay, being in the jungle is a real treat. The rooms are spacious, designed with artistic interior styling and very comfortable. We had our own private pool which was great as we did not need to use the communal one. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use any hotel services.so cannot comment. The location is further out that the main touristy side, which we were happy with.

“Beautiful hotel”
We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is so beautiful. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Unfortunately we had our bag stolen on the ado bus on our way to Tulum and the staff were more than helpful. The room was so spacious and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We didnt get to try any of the classes but next time we’d love to. Very good value for money as well!

“A one of a kind romantic stay in Tulum”
Amazing hotel in the midle of the Tulum jungle. The decor is just unreal and everywhere you look you are just in awe, they respect the nature of the area so well. The room was also outstanding, well worth the money in my opinion. We had a private pool which was very nice and a decent size. The room has a mini fridge and a set of cutlery + plates. You also get some free water in a filter in the room which was nice. The toiletries are also organic and very good. You can get as many beach towels as you would like from reception. We tried the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. Dinner is leaning towards a fine dining experience, so not the cheapest but I was glad we had entertaining for the evening (there was also a live band) We didn't go into the cenote or the main pool but they did look great. The staff is very polite and friendly. They also have quite a lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

“Unique Experience in a beautiful setting! This place has it's very own Cenote as a centre piece!”
The building itself is very unusual and architecturally pleasing to the eye. I loved how it felt very blended into the nature around it and of course it has it's own Cenote which I would swim in first thing in the morning!! A reallu beautidul and unique experience to stay at Kan Tulum

“A magical room hidden in the jungle to find yourself amongst the tree tops”
A magical location that makes you feel like you are inside the jungle, we had the room with the private bath on the roof but it rained a lot during our stay so we could not use it too much but it was still very nice.

“Kan Tulum does not prioritise independent travellers.”
Kan Tulum does not prioritise independent travellers. At various times, the restaurant and pool were closed for private events. When they were open, ingredients were missing for food and drink options. Private events played loud music late into the evening. The hotel doesn't provide a relaxing environment, neither are downtown or the beach close to the hotel, so it's easy to feel stuck We cut a week-long stay to less than two days.

“So dreamy!”
What a dreamy stay! Felt like we were in the treetops. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in and the decor is absolutely beautiful. We are avid travellers and this hotel has been on of our fave stays. Sergio at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for food and cenotes. Would 100% recommend!

“JUNGLE PARADISE”
We had an amazing stay at Kan Tulum and can only say positive things about our experience. The hotel is beautiful, our room was stunning and perfectly maintained, and the whole property has such a peaceful, magical atmosphere. The biggest highlight for us was the cenote right in front of our room — we were soooo amazed by its beauty. Waking up to that view every day felt unreal. The reception staff and restaurant team were incredibly friendly and professional, and we even had the chance to meet the two owners at checkout — they were truly exceptional. Everything felt thoughtful and full of heart. We are very grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! Ben et Marie

“Loved this luxurious stay in this green nature surrounding”
We had a room on the 2nd level looking into the trees full of birds. The beds are so comfy, the interior is beautifully design and the wooden structure with the plants feels like you stay in the jungle. Love the cenote and protected pool (when it is windy outside it is still cozy the at pool). The hotel is close to the city but quietly located. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the food was really delicious. Would always come back
