A truly unique experience inside the national park, surrounded by nature and just steps from the beach. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was kind and welcoming, and they even offered us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon, which was a very nice touch.

Really nicely built and pretty. On the beach. Close to the Tulum ruins archaeological park. Staff were pleasant and worked hard to maintain cleanliness.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a perfect vibe. Staff very attentive but not grotesquely subservient. We came here for the first few days of our honeymoon and it was heaven. Ignore the stuff about seaweed in the area (we came in May) it’s totally not a bother and really doesn’t detract from the immense beauty of Ikal. Strong recommendation on a treehouse - totally magical. Worth every penny and incredibly good value.

Fantastic location in the national park - very chilled and beautiful surroundings. The experience of sleeping in the tree house overlooking the jungle and steps away from the ocean was surreal. The hotel is beautiful and staff, especially front desk, are very helpful. Food is very tasty as well. I was a bit apprehensive before coming because of some negative reviews but if you love nature, relaxed vibe and unique experiences then this is perfect. Yes, there is lot of seagrass as everywhere on this coast, but they cleaned the beach during our stay (unlike other hotels around) and it’s not nearly as bad as I pictured anyway. You can still enjoy the swim in the beautiful ocean. Overall fab experience and would love to visit again.

Beautiful setting with rooms dotted around the property in among the trees so that nothing feels too imposing. The beach area had a very chilled vibe. And I liked the touch of providing aloe vera in the rooms.

The place is really romantic, you can enjoy the area, peace, energy. It is nicely located at a beach, tree house we stayed has it’s own privacy area , and size of the room was very comfortable. The view from tree house is just amazing. If you love being close to nature, enjoying birds singing, small animals you greet, rather than afraid, you will enjoy the place and you would see yourself staying there longer.

“Best place in Tulum”

The location right in the middle of the national park, the hotel is surrounded by nature. We stayed in an amazing suite. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, perfect for breakfast or lunch and some cocktails. Staff is really friendly and extremely helpful! Providing a list with restaurant recommendations, tips on how to plan all our excursions. We had the best stay and we will come back.

Amazing rooms and the beach is fantastic! The water is so clean and you can go snorkelling right in front of the hotel! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Rent two bikes to drive to the Mayan ruins it took us about 15 min and it was such a nice trip! There is so much to explore around - a perfect place to stay!

“Secluded paradise”

It is a very well run place directly on the beach with very forthcoming staff. The small, wooden houses - where you just sleep in - are surrounded by a quite spacious private area. So you shower outdoors under the marvelous Yucatan starlit sky, for example. We had two different types of cabins which were equally nicely built and decorated. (The images give a rather good impression of the place.) Everything's clean - but keep in mind, that you're in the jungle on the beach. The general area with direct access to the Caribbean shore is equipped with beds, yoga-places, a beach ball court, a restaurant, etc. A wonderful setting especially at sunrise. The Tulum archaeological site is within walking distance - just 15min away. Being there at the opening hours definitely pays of. Walk back to the venue via the lighthouse and the beach and enjoy breakfast a bit later ...

“Complete relaxation”

The hotel is in the jungle and the jungle is in the hotel. Beautiful beach! The restaurant is great, as are the staff. I highly recommend it for wildlife lovers.
