“What a peaceful stay we had at the Tiki Tiki Hotel!”

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They made us feel at home! We arrived earlier than expected and luckily the staff was able to accommodate us with our room ahead of schedule! Thank you for that! They’re also easily reachable via WhatsApp through your entire stay. Regarding the location : You are located quite close from Tulum’s center, we wouldn’t walk from the hotel to the city center but by car or collectivo you’re 5mins away. The neighborhood of La Veleta is very enjoyable to walk through, plenty of nice little restaurants, convenient stores, it was very quiet at the end of May. We had the common areas for ourselves during the entire stay! The pool is refreshing and the bar is also a plus if you want to have a drink after a long day of visiting. Breakfast : I’ve heard a lot of people complain about the breakfast but honestly this is all you need to start the day. The fruits are freshly cut, the juice freshly pressed, it’s healthy and it fills you quite well, don’t forget it’s already hot and humid out there so honestly we didn’t feel like eating too much in this weather. The WiFi works very well. No TV in the room and honestly we would’ve never needed one. Room and bed super cozy and comfortable. A/C works perfectly, and is quiet overnight. Drinkable water : You have to keep in mind that you have to manage your drinkable water supply for the bedroom. A jar is left in the room for you to use and fill up at the bar of the hotel if you need more drinkable water. For more convenience and also to not rely solely on the water available at the bar, we bought some packs of water at the corner store to be able to have some water for our many excursions. Tiki Tiki Hotel is definitely a gem on the edge of the heart of Tulum that is so much better in my opinion than staying at huge resorts. If you want some more intimate, relaxing and welcoming place to stay at, this is the one :) Special shout out to Nahama, Naomi & Julie!

“Amazing stay!”

The decor and vibe is stunning and very zen! (The tiles were a deciding factor in me booking!) Great location for Calle 7 neighbourhood and exploring downtown Tulum. The staff - Naomi and Julia - were brilliant, welcoming and hopeful will their recommendations! The cocktails poolside were some of the best of our trip. Would 100% recommend!

The design is beautiful, really nice relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good, personal service - but a bit slow.

Amazing location in the coolest neighborhood in Tulum. The design of the hotel is stellar, everything is well thought out and the spacious balconies are amazing. It’s also great value for money. I especially loved that you get a free yoga class at Holistica included in your stay. Will definitely come back!

we stayed 2 nights here. Room and pool area are lovely. lots of space in the room and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok - a bit basic especially compared to the other breakfasts we had on our tour of the Yucutan. Location was fine but we would drive into Tulum in the evening for dinner. a bit too far to walk.

The girls working at reception were so lovely. I felt cared for especially as a solo traveller. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The room and bed were very comfortable and the view out to the forest was great. The hotel is located next door to holistika which is a plus if you want to do any classes- they even give you one for free.

This is a slice of heaven hidden away in the back streets of Tulum. Far enough from the madding crowd to be peaceful but close enough for a walk or a short cab ride to restaurants and local activities. No catering bar breakfast but the sister hotel is nearby which has a range of workshops, yoga etc and also a delicious open air restaurant that caters for all dietary requirements. The team who run it are all without exception lovely and very helpful. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully done. The decor is just as gorgeous as the pictures but you miss the incredible calm that descends upon you when you enter the space and sit around the pool surrounded by greenery and bird song. Literally heaven!

“A little slice of heaven in Tulum!”

The staff were incredible. It was so nice being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tulum & the hotel zone. It is also only a short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Julie and her team went above and beyond for us and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat, different activities & organised private transfers and taxis for us. The breakfast was continental, which set us up for the day and suited us perfectly. Highly recommend booking here and wish we stayed longer!!

“Quiet paradise”

The hotel was really pretty and Rosie and Naomi really looked after us, showing us the best places to eat, and also giving us a little surprise for my wife’s birthday. The pool was idyllic and our rooms were always clean. Would definitely come back here again

“Beautiful hotel in tranquil area”

I loved my week at Tiki Tiki. It's a super-charming, quiet, clean and beautiful place right next to some beautiful jungle areas. Felt like a very safe location and it was easy to get a taxi to go to the main city points and walk by foot other interesting resorts. They also have the kindest staff who helped with all my questions and requests :-)

This hotel is a true hidden gem. It simply and unexpectedly made our trip. The hotel is beautiful and has such a unique feel, its comfortable, serene and staff is lovely. Sofia was the ultimate guide, giving us the most incredible personalized recommendations so we didn't even have to think of what to do. The hotel partners with nearby Hollistica wellness, which is a gem on its own. We couldn't have hoped for better!

The location is in a quieter area of Tulum and the pool is really big compared to other places and beachfront hotels.
