The owner got us shots to calm us down when he realised he forgot to inform booking.com of cancellation..and the dog Waffles was great.

Everything was perfect room was very nice and clean I book room with balcony for 2 nights and amazing view after I book another 2 nights in flamingo suite but I like more with the balcony view..the personal were always helpful and the location was just perfect in the middle of hotel zone...for Sure I will come back soon.

“Much lower standard than expected”
The bed was very comfortable, the location is ideal for sampling the nightlife & the prices are just about reasonable, considering how upmarket & expensive this area of Tulum is.

“Excellent if you enjoy to be in the nature. Uncomfortable if you like some cleanness and luxuries.”
The room was like inside a tree with a very good enclosure in the environment. Nice view over the mangal.
