“mixed feelings”
Good location - walking distance to shops and restaurants Nice breakfast on the rooftop that is cooked by a very nice lady who also does the room service The cleaning lady is very polite and efficient, the host is not present at the premises and communicates via whatsup Very Comfortable bed American fridge in the communal area on the rooftop providing ice and water There is air conditioning in the room Not bad place to hang out if you travel in a group providing the hostel is not fully booked

“Fantastic, value for money and cozy property in downtown Tulum”
Wonderful location, fantastic staff and comfortable rooms! Grand Balam Plaza is in the heart of downtown Tulum, close to all the good restaurants. It also has groceries and a scooter rental literally next door. Area is calm and peaceful. Mike is a gracious host who really helps his guests and Brendy is very sweet. Plus the jacuzzis are great fun! Overall good value for money!

“Perfect”
We had lucky to be alone in the whole property and we enjoyed its awesome rooftop area with jacuzzi in the evenings in private. Super breakfast, comfortable bed ad a convenient location

Rooftop jacuzzis were really nice! Whole area felt like private jungle with luxories. Breakfast was cooked by local women on the spot. Nice and tasty experience!

“Hidden gem in Centro!”
Such a hidden gem! The place has so much charm and a good vibe going. Beautifully decorated and rooms have a little fridge. Located in Centro only a short walk from the main road. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. Even though the woman in charge of cleaning/breakfast didn’t speak English she tried her absolute best to communicate with me. Both her and the owner were so friendly and helpful.

“Amazing”
The owner saved us on New Year’s eve with a free room! He was super helpful, very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. It is well located and the hotel has a nice vibe, clean and comfy rooms and an amazing rooftop woth 2 whirlpools. The breakfast was yummy and I will recommend the place!

“Great! Great! Great!”
After being disappointed with another hotel in the Tulum, the staff at this hotel were exceptional: Tere was fantastic, Mike was very helpful, everyone was very friendly. Room with very comfortable bed. Beautiful common areas of the hotel. I would stay here again.
