Well presented and well equipped. Nice location with lots of bars cafes and restaurants near by. Not too far a walk from downtown or from the beach area. Nice and quiet.

I appreciated the prompt and kind communication, and that the host was available when needed without being intrusive. It was excellent to arrive to an apartment that was fully prepared, with no need for check-in tours or unnecessary formalities. The apartment itself was fantastic: everything was new, very clean, tidy, and well maintained. It was also reassuring to find a full medical emergency kit provided in one of the cupboards. The building offers excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, parking, bicycle storage, fast internet, reception, and security, all at an exceptionally low price. Receptionist Samantha was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, especially considering it was not a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and received significantly worse service.

Excellent communication - a very helpful and polite host/owner. The apartment is exceedingly clean, light and is comfortable. It also feels very secure and safe and it was also nice to be located outside of the more noisy town centre.

It was set in a quiet neighbourhood, but within distance of conveniences. Kitchen was stocked adequately to allow us to make breakfasts and snacks. Rooftop area with pool was clean and kept that way. Reception staff and guests were pleasant and no trouble parking out the front of the building. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

The accommodation is very modern, well equipped and clean - just like in the pictures! Pati is very communicative and helpful. Great place, just rent a bike and go the beach! :)

Absolutely recommendable! Our stay at this accommodation was simply fantastic. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything in the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals comfortably. The Wi-Fi was by far the best we experienced throughout our entire journey in Mexico – a true relief. The location of the accommodation was perfect – quiet and safe, contributing to a relaxed stay. The infinity pool was not only clean but also offered a breathtaking view. The accommodation exuded modernity in every aspect, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. All in all, this was a wonderful lodging that we would love to visit again.
