Alfonso and Sebastian at the front desk were super nice and helpful :) The breakfast this hotel served at a restaurant Gardenia next door was better than I imagined! Great location (bus stop, restaurants, supermarkets nearby)

“Perfect Downtown Hotel”
This was our second time in Tulum and we've stayed at the hotel both times. The location can't be beat and the price is incredible. Not to mention how great Alfonso at the front desk is. He' made our stay the first time amazing and he was just as great this time around. The food in this area is great and very affordable. You can walk to most places or take the collectivo. If a boutique older hotel is your preference I highly recommend Elements.

Nice big comfortable room with a balcony. Very good location near the centre of Tulum. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was a great to cool down and catches the midday sun.

We had a nice and comfortable stay in Elements Hotel. Rooms are big, bright and spacious, bathroom with good pressure shower. Good breakfast being served in a beautifully decorated Gardenia cafe next door. We rented bikes one day and spent great day at the beach. Hotel is located just opposite 2 big supermarkets, and Tulum Avenida is just around the corner with plenty of souvenir shops, boutiques and restaurants. We would like to thank Ellie in the reception for an early check in and warm welcome. This hotel is great value for money and would recommend it to any type of travelers.
