“Calm beach hotel to connect with nature”

I don’t understand the low rating. We had a great two night stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Direct beach access and very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was great. I would recommend paying the extra 250 MXN for AC if you are staying in May.

I stayed at Dos Ceibas with my son Bruno, and we absolutely loved it. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times — first in 2020, then in 2023 when I organized a retreat group here, and now again for a holiday with my child — and every experience has been consistently wonderful. The atmosphere is truly special: very authentic, very REAL TULUM VIBE and peaceful. This time we stayed in a second-floor room, which was spacious and beautifully designed, with a terrace and an extra bed , was super comfortable for traveling with a child. The food deserves a special mention. Breakfasts are absolutely delicious, every day we have tasted different type of Mexican breakfasts. And the restaurant overall is excellent. The ceviche and tacos were some of my favorites, and the prices are very reasonable in compare to another hotels around. Service is wonderful , making you feel genuinely welcome throughout your stay. It’s a place I keep coming back to — whether for retreats, or personal vacations.Highly recommended.

Great location with direct access to the beach. Good bar and restaurant service. The staff in this area were kind and efficient. The room and private bathroom were as described and shown in the photos online.

Really clean, nice staff. Great beach and beach bar etc. yoga class was amazing onsite. Loved the stay, room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Would stay again!

Nicely located right at the beach. Pretty far down the beach strip though, so you definitely have to take a cab/collectivo. Couple „Tulum style“ Boutiques and pricey restaurants around. The Beach area was nice, drinks and pizza were delicious and the staff was really friendly. Nicest staff we came across in Mexiko. Also fairly priced happy hour. Also good brekkie.

it had a relaxing vibe, in sync with nature's harmony. They've done a great job preserving nature in perfect harmony, and the hotel is cleverly nestled amidst the trees, almost hidden away.
