“Boutique Luxury in Tulum”

“A wonderful hotel where the staff make all the difference”

This was the second hotel we stayed in while visiting Mexico. The setting is phenomenal and its beach side location seems to be the only place that seaweed doesn’t accumulate - a nice nature-provided perk. However, it’s the staff which made the difference here. One of our group unfortunately sprained their foot on Tulum’s ‘footpaths’ and required hospital attention. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, quickly providing ice, calling a clinic and organising a taxi to take us there. Luckily the injury wasn’t as severe as initially thought - however we were so indebted to the staff during our stay. They followed up with us multiple times during our stay to ensure we were ok. We’ll never forget the kindness and care provided to us.

“Amazing property, staff and location”

The property was very nice, staff were amazing and helpful at all times. Great location right in the middle of the everything. Food and drinks were nice but on the more expensive side. The room was a little small and didn’t leave much room for luggage but it was very clean and comfortable.

Beautifull beach hotel. Couldnt be a better choice than Delek. Warme hopitallity, Pao, the lady in the reception wad very nice and helpfull. The roon was clean and very nice designed. The beach was a dream. Like in a picture. Highly recomended.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and professional. Since the pool wasn’t available during our stay, they immediately offered us the option of a free cancellation. In the end, we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! They even treated us to complimentary breakfast every day, which was such a lovely gesture. Our room was a Master Suite, absolutely the best choice — spacious, elegant, and truly outstanding in every detail.

On a beautiful part of the beach ! Also, close to many nice restaurants and bars + beach clubs. Very cool/rustic rooms which give a lodge vibe. Their burger option also v tasty in menu

“Very mixed feelings: Nice hotel, but also very bad seaweed issues”

The hotel is perfectly located at the beach, high class. The staff is friendly and the food very good. But also considering the big downside (see below) the hotel is much too pricy. Knowing the below issue we would not go back to Tulum. There are enough alternatives, e.g. west coast of Cozumel or Isla Mujeres.

“Be careful and stay away.”

We didn't like anything, there is a lot to improve and most importantly, don't make a mistake when booking, because the place is not at all worthy of a stay.

Every morning they bring coffee and cookies to the room. The coffee wasn’t great, but the staff were friendly and kind. On one night, we were lucky enough to witness baby sea turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. Despite the seaweed, that was truly a magical experience.

Difficult to highlight something. Staff were exceptional. The amenities has described. The experiences provided by Delek were amazing. Location exceptional. Some reviews complain about the noise, but for us was easy to adapt.

This place was gorgeous, it was a wonderful experience staying there. The staff (Catalina in particular) were really wonderful too, the location was perfect, the pool was lovely, the restaurant was great too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel so welcome and they were all so great - especially Jasivy, Pacheco and Sergio! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed at the Delek for 4 nights and loved every minute, it’s in the perfect location on the beach and minutes away from the best restaurants and bars on Tulum beach. Great food and drinks. The rooms are nice and clean, loved the bathroom.
