I thought the resort was stunning. Boutique, boho, backpacker vibe is how I would describe it. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and I loved the concrete / painted wood look. Beds were also really comfortable. Reception staff were super helpful and can be reached on WhatsApp which is brilliant. They helped organise a day trip to Chichen Itza for us and get taxis into Tulum town. It is a peaceful resort with great food and cocktails walking distance to a few other lovely beach bars / day clubs. It is a little slice of heaven!

“Nice location but below expectations for a 5-star hotel”

The location is very nice, directly in front of the beach and perfect for enjoying the area. However, considering this is a 5-star hotel, I expected more in terms of overall quality and attention to detail. The bathroom had quite a lot of limescale, which was disappointing. The staff was courteous, but not always fully attentive. Overall, a decent stay, but not at the level expected from a 5-star property.

Attentive staff who went above and beyond to help you. Special thanks to Betsy on the front desk who helped us to book taxis and gave good recommendations for things in the local area. Clean hotel and lovely beachfront location. Breakfast was good.

The entrance to the hotel is beautiful! I liked the hammock just outside your room, the rooms are beautiful and cozy and the beach is a few steps away.

We had the best stay at Coco, the room, staff, location, beach area and breakfast were all excellent, and the cost benefit ratio is perfect. The hotel is really quiet, even though it is a short walking distance to party locations on the beach. The view from the sea view room was outstanding, we really felt like we were in paradise without the extremely high cost of other hotels in the area. I wish I could return here in the near future and will surely compare other future accomodations to this one.

Staff at the restaurant not friendly

“We loved Tulum and enjoyed our stay but we would choose another hotel for the next time.”

We love the location because it was close enough to the main central area but not too close to be noisy. The breakfast was good, just maybe I would like to take one more coffee and/or juice because the service is so slow and they only include one. But the offer was very diverse. Margaritas are very good and the sunrise is breathtaking.

-The staff was super kind and available, both from the front desk and at the restaurant. Their hospitality was unique. They made us also a box lunch when we had to leave at 7 AM, really appreciated. - The food and the drinks were very good as well. Wide choices available and all the plates we tried (basically all the menu) were on point. Very appreciated the fresh fruit juice, different everyday.

It was amazing location. Beach front and walking distance to nearby clubs Staff is amazing. Really nice people. Helpful. We wanted some day trips which we got recommendation from reception and also they organized everything we wanted. Also once we went for a very early trip and we got a packed breakfast!

Close to beach and not too loud with music

The dogs barking next door constantly unfortunately. Also the aircon in the room was not working and then when it was I could not turn it off. Water was leaking everywhere from it.
