Very good location. Nice staff. Proper explanation how to use amenities of the place. In the bathroom enough amount of toiletries. Breakfast was tasty. But If staying more than three days is not worth it to take breakfast included, offering just three choice of plate and its always the same. Overall, was nice stay

A small hotel with its own access to the beach, attentive staff, and rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing can outweigh the fact that you can walk straight out of your room onto the beach and witness a magnificent sunrise.

Location was excellent. Tranquility right in the middle of everything (not easy to achieve in Tulum). Sandra and Juan were super helpful and attentive. Rooms were beautiful.

The small hotel is directly on the beach and you can use their (few) beach chairs and bring your own drinks and food to eat on the beach. The room was very comfortable!!! The breakfast at their sister hotel (Ahau) was good with a beautiful sea view (see picture). The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Free parking was possible at Ahau Hotel - 4 minutes walking down the road. During your stay you also get free access to the Art Park nearby with the famous Escultura Ven a la Luz. My impression was that they really do their best to give you the best value for your money with all the small extras. I'm happy with our choice. But I wouldn't stay in Tulum for long overall as the food places and beach bars seem very overpriced.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. All the rooms are moments from the sand and ocean.

I really loved the jungle vibe of the entire house. The beach is amazing, and it’s conveniently close to the party zone and the most popular beach clubs.

This little boutique hotel was amazing. The property is small with only a handful of rooms but it was beautiful! We were literally right on the beach which is great. You walk out of your room onto the sand. Sandra the lady who runs it is amazing are beyond helpful. The only this which would make it better is if there was a shared pool, but you would need to book the front penthouse if you want a pool. Overall loved it!

A big thank to Sandra that was so nice and helpfull! We had an amazing stay there and some facilities to 2 beach club near! the location is great and you can go everywhere by foot! we will come again !!

There is no parking and there is no parking agreements with other hotel, despite of administrator mentioned about it. So if you have a car you need to go 350 meters and pay additional 500 pesos for 1 day, because they count 200 pesos day, 100 night and 200 more the day you take the car. So is more reasonable to pay for the hotel with parking.
