Well-appointed apartment with everything you need. And right by the pool which was very refreshing and essential. Couldn’t swim at any beach with the seaweed stacking up. The property staff were very responsive in helping us move to a better room.

Everything about this Casa del Arbol is exactly as described. Excellent service when I had a few problems. Pool is cleaned every day. I would come back here in a flash. Great location. Three blocks from Chedraui Selecto. Five blocks from Parque Rotario where I took the Collectivo to the beach for 25 pesos. Recommend this place 200%. The even have drinking water on site where you can fill up you own water bottles. Tap water not drinkable anywhere in Tulum.

Had everything we needed. Fairly close to stores/downtown. It was great for our 1 night stay.

I have been traveling for over 4 months, in 6 countries and over 20 accommodations. The first thing I look for is free wifi and what other guests have written about the quality of the internet. I started to realize in 2022 that the variation is great in these countries. In Scandinavia, where I come from, we have high-speed internet almost everywhere. In order for my TV box that I have with me to be able to watch all countries' TV in Europe, the wifi has to work and be quite strong. Then I look at the room, bed, surroundings with restaurants, shops, etc. How and when check-in takes place. With you, it was a fantastically nice accommodation with all the parts I was looking for. Wifi was strong and mostly stable, but there could be a period of a few minutes when the connection jumps in and out. Nice staff and close to everything.

Great location, a few blocks away from the ado station but closer to the biggest supermarket in town (perfect to refill the kitchen) and to the route to the beach. The flats are quite modern and the mattresses: best ones I’ve slept in my entire holidays.

Clean and lovely. Modern, tidy and with all what you need. Big, comfy bed, tools in the kitchen, provided shampoos etc, access to free drinking water. It was great!!

I liked nothing about this place. Especially not the hosts who are unprofessional and don’t respect privacy of guests by entering into the room.

It was a modern room with easy access to a clean pool. Good air conditioning and provided all the necessary items we needed for our stay. Great to have the Cafe across the road which provided excellent service. Was a nice quiet location and the garden setting was great for enjoying local bird life. Also a close walk to the main town center. Would certainly stay again. The property is very well maintained on a daily basis.

Nice place to stay in Tulum, big rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Not to big, but Awesome pool in hot days. Respectful personal. Not far from supermarket.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review. Our stay at Casa del Árbol was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an unpleasant surprise—nobody warned us that parking in front of the property is prohibited. There was absolutely no information about parking! As a result, our car was towed by the police, and we ended up paying over 5,500 Mexican pesos to corrupt officers and their “partnered” towing company. The whole incident felt like a deliberate trap—as if the owner knew about it but chose not to say anything. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and ruined our entire vacation. I strongly advise anyone looking for a stress-free holiday to stay elsewhere. If you don’t want to deal with complications and outrageous fines, avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect, we got it by really good price, really good location, everything perfect. Watch where you park your car :)
