Location was good, not so far from ADO bus station and the main street. Nice big kitchen. Big rooms. Beautiful little garden in the patio. I can recommend for staying.

The room was nice and clean. It was in the walkable distance from the ADO station. Check-in was smooth. There was a shared fridge and well equipped kitchen area. There was a nice garden to sit in. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure.

Very close to the central eateries, free parking right outside the casa. Comfortable interior and garden settings. There's also a courtyard with food trucks within 2 minutes walk away. Self check in with a lock box, easy communication with the host.

Design of units and garden really good, sense of being in middle of jungle and not in urbanization close to Tulum main street. Communal kitchen set up beautifully, looking out on planting, very relaxing area, very clean. Team very accommodating with request to leave luggage.

Location is super convenient to the main strip in town. The staff were AMAZING, they answered all of my questions super quickly, gave lots of helpful suggestions and recommendations. The property is quiet and pretty and calm, and I was super grateful for the drinking water dispenser in the upstairs kitchen to fill up my water bottle before heading out for the day. It's a great value, too, I would highly recommend and would stay here again if I come back to Tulum.

Such a lovely place for a stay in Tulum. The host was super helpful with everything and provided a lovely quiet surrounding. The place was about 10-15min from the main bus station and very close to mini market and the shopping areas and restaurants. The collectivo was easy to catch to go to the ruins and cenotes, couldn’t have asked for more
