Location is perfect. At this price, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the center of Tulum that is this high-quality, clean, and has such friendly staff.

What stood out most was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly Juan, who gave us some great insider advice on how to get around Tulum and save a bit of money while exploring. After spending the day out and about, it was really nice to come back to a room that, although basic, was very comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. Really good value for money, would stay here again if I find myself back in Tulum!

The music from the receptionist was really loud in our room till pass 11!! Very basic room, the bedsheets had marks. They left the air con on before we checked in and the room was freezing when we arrived and there was no blankets to sleep with.

“Beautiful stay in the centre of Tulum”

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to check in much earlier than the advertised check-in time as the previous guests had checked out early. The room and the facilities were well maintained and the hotel was beautifully designed. This was definitely the best place I stayed when backpacking around Mexico. Definitely worth every peso! Central location close to the bus station, shops, restaurants and the colectivos to the beach

“Comfortable”

Nice and comfortable place. The room was a bit on the small side, but sufficed for us. It had a bit of a backpackers lodge feel - seems to be run mostly by a variety of work & travel people who are there only for the short term. Notwithstanding, everybody was incredibly friendly and we liked the relaxed atmosphere. The Tulum ruins are worth visiting.

The room was ok but the breakfast next day was weird. We woke up on time to get a breakfast first thing in the morning so we can continue with our roadtrip and the person responsible for cooking slept in (it can happen it’s fine) but the tables were super dirty with feet marks on them as people were dancing on them last night. Which explained the noise until late morning. We eventually got the eggs and left.

Great place to stay right by the ADO bus station Clean room John from Oz on reception greeted us with a smile and was very attentive. Juan the Manager was super helpful in booking trip to Sian Ka'an nature reserve 2500 pesos +300 taxes, cheaper than booking online. The guy making breakfasts (forgot his name) made us a fruit box to take on our trip and was very friendly. Great place to stay for our 2 nights in Tulum, lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and also colectivo buses to the ruins and the beach only 25 pesos.
