Couldn't fault anything, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location in the beach zone. We were given a padlock to sign and lock on the tree outside when we left which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend and return

“Highly recommend!”
We had an amazing stay at Azucar Hotel. The location is great and the hotel has a modern interior and is very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel has a chill, peaceful vibe and the music isn’t loud like at other hotels. We were worried about sargassum on the beach, but the hotel cleans it every morning! It was perfectly maintained. The staff is so friendly and always smiling. It was our favorite stay in Tulum and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Be careful with booking at this hotel, they cancel the room on booking and make you pay directly at the hotel and ask for more money.

“Excellent friendly staff! Location and value for money in Tulum beach area”
Really in the heart of Tulum beach scene, taxis can be a pain in that area but this location makes it super easy to got to all the main restaurants and nightlife!

On a stunning part of the beach and the service and staff were excellent. Really good value for money, would go back. We also had a great sea view waking up to that every morning made our trip!

“Beautiful hotel, clean, and great staff!”
The staff and management were so welcoming, very accommodating and helpful during our entire 9 night stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the whole trip. The beach is beautiful and raked every day, sun loungers and bean bag chairs were awesome. The rooms are very soundproofed, and the beds extremely comfortable. Super clean and immaculate room. The food at the beach bar/restaurant was very good.

“Gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. 100% recommend”
The hotel only opened half a year ago so everything is brand new and super modern. The rooftop pool has a spectacular view and even toilets up there. The beachfront pool is stunning and the restaurant is incredible to eat breakfast there. The staff is the nicest I have met on my trip and they go above and beyond to fulfill your wishes. It's a very safe accomodation. The food you can buy ther is so delicious and the private beach area is an absolute dream. This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at in Mexico. It will 100% be worth the visit.

“Stunning hotel and grounds, can't wait to come back.”
Absolutely stunning hotel, only 3 months old, design and decor was gorgeous. Beds super comfy, espresso coffee maker, beach towels. We ate here a few times and food was amazing.. All staff superhelpful and friendly. Always happy to help. Walking distance to plenty of shops, supermarket and arms. Beach and infinity pool was also great. Lovely sun loungers, and great coffee. Being next door to KANAN beach club was also cool, as could sit in our hotel beach beds listing to the DJ play until 6pm. Hammocks on beach. Drinks reasonable. Rooftop jacuzzi was a massive plus, and views whilst there were stunning. We thought being right in middle of all the big clubs would be too noisy, but it wasn't. Didn't effect us at all. We were sad to leave we absolutely loved this place. Collectivio vans 30 pesos to town or other sights right outside hotel. Walk over road and can book tours to cenotes etc.. A few paces walk to the big art structure place, with all the famous wicker statues. Opp Taco place.

“Excellent experience”
What a hotel! I really loved it. Everything is brand new from the towels, beds, to the architecture, is very classy with all the neutral colors and design. Our suit was amazing. My boyfriend and i were amazed by the swimming pool infront of the beach and the one on the roof top😍 very comfy room we had and what a view

Small Hotel. Service and breakfast was OK The location was the best part. Absolutely amazing view from the room at morning dawn. Make sure you get a room with sea view. Can highly recommend the hotel just for that sake.

The position is amazing: you stay literally with the feet in the water. The cabaña was big with fridge, hot water and a lot of towels. The beach beds were comfortable.
