“Calm place outside the city centre”
An apartment we stayed was huge with two bathrooms which is very comfy, for a pure girly group in particular. I found a kitchen with fridge and all utensils handy for a case you want to cook on your own. The Aroma Café, where a breakfast is served, is astonishing with a various meals option.

Given the very nice reviews we probably had too high expectations and were quite disappointed when we arrived. We stayed for 6 days and finally came to somewhat like the place. Nevertheless we do not recommend staying as long as we did. The pool is nice and the small garden very pleasant. The breakfast is ok though a bit limited (fruits were definitely missing). The coffee itself was very good.

“Absolutely beautiful!”
The area and facilities at the hotel were beautiful! Appeared clean and kept. The room was great and comfy! We loved the café and it was just a nice bonus for the stay and us not having to think about hunting for breakfast in the morning or for me, getting my coffee. Do yourself a favor and try their breakfast burrito! Alex, the host, was very helpful with tips and with our questions for Tulum - just a really nice and down to earth guy! Even invited us to watch the Super Bowl in the café, which was such a nice gesture. Thanks for everything, Alex!

The apartment we stayed was very comfortable, had everything we need and more. The garden is lovely with nice common areas and good sized swimming pool. We loved the cafe next door where we had our breakfast. Tulum was a bit of dissapointment but this accommodateion certainly made up for it. We had a very nice stay. Home away from home!

Location is amazing - far from everything if it is something you're looking for. It was perfect for us. Cafe on site is good and prices are not that crazy as everywhere else in Tulum. Breakfasts are good.

“Loved staying here, especially the cafe, the grounds/pool and chill, natural vibe.”
Loved this place! The grounds are so pretty, with trees, hammocks, swings, a raised jungle platform, nice pool, grill and outdoor kitchen, the cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the relaxed and natural vibe. It's located at the edge of town, out of the central area, so it was a few minutes walk into town but I rented a bike and could be there in no time. Personally the location a bit away from the chaotic main strip of Tulum was a big plus for me. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe biking to and from the hotel and around town (and even out of town to some cenotes). All staff was friendly and Alex was available and responsive on whatsapp when I had questions. (There's no front desk.) This place will be my home base in Tulum from now on!
