“Excellent stay!”

This place is like paradise. The accommodation is located in the middle of a beautiful botanical garden with a fantastic pool. The apartments are sufficiently equipped, and the daily service is excellent. The owner is very helpful and even gave us a better apartment than we booked. The facilities are also great – pool, game room, sun loungers, air conditioning, etc. The location is also excellent, ideal for excursions around Yucatán, as it's close to the Riviera Maya, cenotes, and archaeological sites. There are two great restaurants just a few steps from the accommodation. We stayed here for nine days and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended!

Good, remote location in beautiful garden full of tropical trees and plants. A lot of birds. Comfortable, clean apartments. Nice facilities in the object (pool, ping pong table, air hockey). Host was very helpful.

“Perfect paradise to stay and to discover the region of Tulum”

This place is awesome! The owner Jorge and his staff were very helpful and friendly and Aldea-Jo-Yah is an oasis of tranquility. The premise is totally secluded and very safe, the villas are very private and fully equipped. Room service every day, the beds were super comfortable, the surroundings were marvelous (very beautiful garden and pool) and the game room with kicker, air hockey, basketball game, ping-pong table is a great asset if you have kids or teenagers. You do need a car to get around but there is sufficient parking inside the walled garden. We stayed for a week and this was truly a perfect base to discover the area (beaches around Tulum, Sian Ka'an bio reserve, the awesome modern art museum Azulik, the small villages in the neighbourhood ...). Don't be fooled by the pictures: in reality, Aldea Jo-Yah looks even better ;-)

The gardens were superb. Beautifully tended lush tropical gardens. It was nice to have a pool and our teenage kids loved the games room with table tennis and air hockey etc. I loved the pergola with lounge and TV watching - it was nice sitting there in the evenings. There are some staff around during the day but no one there overnight. However, the owner is extremely responsive to any queries via whatsapp. (Eg we had some questions around getting the stove to start and the TV to work- he responded straight away and got them fixed quickly)

All the gorgeous plants and trees, the pool, the birds! PERFECT location: literally a 5 minute walk to the village of Macario Gomez with its AWESOME little eateries and shops for essentials, and a short drive from dozens of different cenotes and ruins to explore. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and we could hardly tell there were other people staying there, each of the villas are so well tucked away.

Utterly amazing, quiet, natural, aircon worked well, stunning setting for the pool, beautiful grounds and José was so kind and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Easily the best place we stayed all trip

The surroundings with lots of plants, nice small swimming pool, nice room. Nice staff, very friendly. We were able to relax and do nothing after some hectic days at the beach in nearby playa.

the place was beautiful, bit too many bugs and mosquitos all over- as it in the forrest... our bathroom was full of mosquitos and we couldnt enter it, and had to go to tolet in another room. .the place is quote, but far about 15 minutes drive from center of tulum

The most beautiful place for a relaxing few days. We regretted not staying for longer. It's so well looked after. Immaculate.

This is actually a private Farm House bungalow plot scheme type. Very eco friendly . The Host is available on Whatsapp. Very Helpful and his staff is eager to help too. This is one the finest holiday homes i have stayed . Very much away from City in a small village near Tulum . All Large cenote near by . Food in the village is also Fantastic . Please note Cash is important. Few places take Credit card in this village. Very Very interesting well designed home away from home. Do explore this place

It was the most interesting experience I had so far! A combination of comfort and cleanliness in the middle of the jungle. Great location ,friendly staff and beautiful decoration of the room itself and the surroundings! Everything was exactly as in the pictures with no exaggeration! Strongly recommend!

Very nice place, with beautifull garden. You can relax and enjoy nature. Nice, friendly people. Big and comfortable room, good equiped kitchen. The best hotel during our trip :)
