“will not stay here again.”
Customer service was very bad, not happy to see the gust especially front desk clerk Jose, not welcoming, not happy, not smiling welcome at all. Front desk chair and leather on the chair/covering were falling apart look like a mom/pop motel in the country. Room was clean but the sheets had damage hidden under the blanket, bathroom, sink, shower were not clean, found some lady long hair as took the shower first time. Floor molding in bathroom coming apart, ceiling on the shower had yellow spots/dots. Room phone service did not work all the time i stayed there, no room service like new towels, sheets, cleaning and as i ask the front desk clerk Jose, his answer was due to our cost cutting measures, we provide these services if you stay here three weeks straight, sine i was staying for two week, i do not qualify for such services. Free Internet was working but goes off after hour two hours, it gives me option to buy premium internet service which i did not and I used my cell phone hot spot most of the time. As I exit or enter from the N side door, there were always marujuwana /weed smell by the door; feel like some one just smoked there minutes ago. Laundry and exercise room were nice, clean. Very bad experience staying there. Thanks

Wasn't a lot to like... Was nice to have a full sized fridge and a couple stove top burners in the tiny kitchenette, but aside from that everything else was mid, at best, tier standard hotel accommodations...

“Won’t be staying here again”
You couldn’t check until 3 but they closed at 4. If we had arrived 20 minutes later we wouldn’t have gotten into our room. Receptionist didn’t have the best customer service skills. You had to take our your own trash. The place smelled awful. I will never come back that’s for sure.
