“…it is literally a breeding ground for infection.”
I was extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The photos on the website do NOT reflect reality at all. In reality, the room was dirty, with a strong and unpleasant smell that did not go away even after airing it out. The bed linens appeared to be used, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition, with obvious dirt and a complete lack of maintenance. Moreover, the windows were broken, there were no functioning light bulbs, and the overall conditions are simply shocking. I have never seen anything like this in my life. The situation was so bad that I was forced to book another place. It is simply not possible to stay there the conditions are indescribable. I do not recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.

“Management offered a refund OR a different room. We selected a different room. I would like my mone”
The room was supposed to have been clean. My fiance walked in, set his thing on the bed, turned around and there was a SYRINGE on the floor behind the door! This is unacceptable. I'm thankful my grandchildren didn't join us! We want whoever was supposed to have cleaned room 221, want them fired for endangering my family.
