This was my first time in Tulsa, OK... And the staff, I believe her name was Shelby (I forgot but she was AWESOME!)... Customer service ... Local recommendations, everything was AAAAAAAAMAZING

“Nice greeting at front desk, really nice, dark room. Very quiet, especially since so busy.”
outlet next to bed doesn't hold plug securely. So loose that connection was broken.

They didn’t even let me stay here. I booked through a third party and because the last name on my license is different than the last name on my credit card ??? I got married a year ago so even though my bank account does have my new name, my physical card doesn’t. I’ve never had a problem booking hotels like this, but for some reason this place found it impossible for me to stay here for this reason. And they did nothing to accommodate. Just “sorry we can’t let you stay”. Will never be booking here again.

We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the entire location. The staff were excellent Amy and Carlos were such a big help with things.

Not very good, poor choices. Coffee was good, but they other stuff I could have gotten at the Dollar General.
