“Never again”
It was the most terrible night of my Camino. The hotel is located kinda nowhere, but the price was reasonable so I decided to make a shift from the Camino to enjoy the night. The room is pretty basic for 4 stars Hotel, showers are very small.. There is power plug only on ne side of the bed, on the other side there are some holes to plug devices from the 90's or something. There is a kittle in the room, but they provide only few bags of tea, no coffee. There were some hairs on the floor that were for sure not mine and the bin in the bathroom was not emptied after pervious guests... But this was not the worst part! The AC is practically a very loud fan. It didn't make any cold air! And it was extremely loud. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was too hot in the room and I couldn't sleep. It was cold outside but the room was boiling hot. I spoke with some other guests in the morning and they had the same experience. If you visit the place in summer and you don't want to sweat whole night I would recommend you to avoid this place.

“Baked for 3 nights in this SUPPOSED 4 star hotel!”
There was no control over the temperature in our room so constantly pumping in hot air that required us to sleep naked and uncovered. The hotel was full so no solution was offered except to sleep with the varanda door open. Unsatisfactory solution and no communication throughout our stay unless I went to the desk to ask about the situation. We were working for the 3 days without any quality of sleep so not pleasant at all and no sympathy from the hotel.

“Average hotel in Tui with excellent dinner”
The dinner was included and was excellent. The bathroom was nice and well equipped. The parking was quite good. Check-in was good.

Clean and comfortable. We arrived in the evenings of the electricity outage in Spain and Portugal Whilst walking the Camino. The staff coped very well and the hotel had a generator and we were able to continue as normal . The restaurant was excellent! The food outstanding! Bed linen and pillows excellent. Bed comfortable. Room had a kettle!

Its a simple hotel, good to stay if you are in a rush. But it was somehow very noisy when we slept there. The breakfast is good for the price, not a luxury one, but you get to eat well anyway.
