Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well spa hotel is located near a spring of thermal water, in the Hrvatsko Zagorje mountain region, 40 km from Zagreb. It offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and steam baths. All the rooms are distributed among 6 buildings, which are connected via closed corridors. All rooms in the Terme Tuhelj are air-conditioned and feature a satellite TV and bathrobes. WiFi is accessible in all rooms. You have free access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, to the fitness centre and to aqua aerobic and aqua stretching classes. The large spa area includes 4 Finnish saunas, 3 steam saunas, a hot tub, a relaxation room with water beds and many more facilities. The SpaeVita centre offers you a wide range of massages different facial and body treatments, a solarium and special healing mud treatments. I had booked an extra night here following a weekend organised by Croatian friends at this hotel. I wanted to enjoy the sauna facilities at leisure. As it happened the hotel also gave me a better room for the night I booked through Booking.com. We were very happy in the hotel but I'm sure it is even better in the summer when one has a chance to appreciate the outdoor facilities and beautiful scenery.

The hotel itself is great. Nice rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds, large and well-equipped bathrooms... everything you's expect from the hotel in this price range. Breakfast is amazing, with great selection of local produce. They charge for parking in the garage, but there are enough parking spots really close to the hotel, which are absolutely free. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, in case you want to go out to eat or drink.

“Very nice hotel to stay in Terme Tuhelj”
loved the room, breakfast was nice, we were not with kids, but the hotel is also meant for families. I dont know how it is, when it is fully booked.

Therme opened until 23 at weekends (hour should be further extended to 24 as in the past), it is only way to avoid crowd (incl. families with very loud kids)
