The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making the stay feel comfortable from the moment of arrival. The accommodation itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything in good order. “Wonderful place”
Great room, clean, stylish and spacious. There is a mini-kitchen, a balcony with a good side view. Good Wi-Fi. Beautiful courtyard with flowers and a recreation area, there is a swimming pool and sun loungers. Very nice hostess. Great location, a couple of minutes to the beach. There is free parking.

The villa is located near the road, 5 minutes walk to the beach. the host is a very kind and civilized person. the villa has a swimming pool with several places. It does not offer breakfast. the conditions are ok, you have a small kitchen in the room.

Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, the location is great with only a short walk down to the beach. Lovely view from our balcony. Parking was easy.

“We really enjoyed our stay.”
The apartments Tomas are 5 minutes' walk to the pretty tree lined promenade of Tucepi with pebbly beach and good variety of bars and restaurants. The pool area and communal terraces are well maintained and nicely furnished. Our apartment was on the top floor with sea views from one of the bedrooms and the terrace leading from it. It was perfectly comfortable and fine for 2 couples that don't mind sharing a bathroom.

“A nice place turned to be a dangerous one for several reasons”
I have read the answer of the owner (see below) and I write here my comments about that: 1) I am not writing about the wrong property! It was your property, the only one we visited in Tucepi (and I did, since Booking certifies this). I am totally sure about what I am saying and I confirm what I have written from the start. 2) The chairs may be brand new (or we were in a different apartment than the one you are referring to), but their legs were very unstable and weak. You should take my advice seriously and check them better before someone else risk to get hurt. 3) I do not feel any joy in doing bad reports. My review history is full of reports (almost all), recent (also in Croatia, some still to be sent, and they will give excellent marks) and old, with very positive notes. When I give bad marks is for a reason and after having thought about it more than a day (as this was). 4) My wife had no problems. I fell down from the last step. My ankle is still aching a lot and I am still limping. Position Parking facilities Kitchen equipment (also microwave, though a bit smelling when on).
