“Great beach hotel!”
What stands out is Villa Andrea’s hosts and cleaning ladies! They went above and beyond and really made a difference with their friendliness. The rooms are very clean and spacious and super comfortable, with amazing views of the boulevard, the sea and the town. We saw dolphins jump in the morning. The hotel is located on a very busy boulevard and beach during day time which gets quiet in the evening. There’s plenty of less busy beaches nearby (10-20 minutes by car). The hotel makes sure you have chairs steps away from the sea (we got them free of charge as a present of the hotel’s host). Breakfast is offered with a good variety of food.

“Wonderful Week In Villa Andrea”
Fantastic location on the far side of the Tučepi promenade, so it isn't too busy, but still just a few minutes by foot to the town center. The beautiful beach is just across the promenade, literally meters away from the hotel. The staff at the hotel and the adjacent restaurant is very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a wonderful time there.

Water front location but the beach is very tiny. Impossible to get a sun bed. The sea is clear and clean. If you get up early you can have an amazing swim. Otherwise it's survival of the fittest! Reception staff very nice and helpful..

“Exceeded my expectations”
The best things to this location are the staff and the location. The reception ladies and the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The location is one of the best, you wake up, eat, walk few steps and you are in the sea. The parking spot offered by location is also a plus which was one of the main reasons why we choose this place. You can leave your stuff at the villa, then drive 1-2 minutes to park the car.
