It had a perfect location, just in front of the beach. The room was clean, with a big balcony, very comfy and quite. The hotel was not fully booked, so you could enjoy the quite. A big plus, they have parking spaces, free of charge. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I made a suggestion to the hotel to ask leasing rights from their government, because they are not supplying beach chairs and the individual that privately, rents those is spoiling good impression of the hotel.

“Fabulous hotel”

Loved our stay at the hotel. It is in such a brilliant location - by the sea and so close to everything. I was a little bit apprehensive with us staying in ground floor apartment with hot tub as it seemed very close to the pool and toilet, but I didn’t need to worry at all. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was nourishing with an option to also order food. A huge shout out to the restaurant - we only ate there as the quality of food is of a fine dining restaurant with very helpful and courteous staff. We had a great time and definitely would come back.

Location on the sea front is excellent and staff are extremely friendly and personable. Very large apartment with convenience to cook, though we did not need this. had dinner in the restaurant and the best meal of our trip by far. would highly recommend. did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

Silva is the true gem of this place – always smiling and eager to help, The location is the biggest advantage here, Breakfast was okay, but the quality of the products was not very high,

Nice atomosphere, the breakfast, quality of food and the beautiful seatings, also it says something that they have selfserve of sparkling wine, and the guests handle it with style.

“A wonderful place to stay”

Everything was perfect. Very generous breakfast buffet, plus we also had absolutely delicious lunches and one dinner in the hotel. Think the restaurant is possible one of the best in Tucepi. The beach was little across a paved promenade from the hotel. We hired beds and umbrellas on the beach as were not going to be up at 7 to borrow from the hotel, but obviously you could if you wanted. The main part of Tucepi was about a 10 minute stroll along the promenade. Surprisingly quiet with quite a few restaurants still not open but guess quite early in their season. Lovely big, clean room with a good size balcony. Best bit of this hotel is the staff. They are all truly exceptional. They went out of their way to look after us beautifully and were so friendly and welcoming. This really is a wonderful place to stay, and I definitely hope to return one day.

“A pretty much perfect stay for a group of friends”

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, who helped make our girls' trip so wonderful. We all agreed we would have been happy to stay there again if we were travelling solo, because we knew the staff would look after us. Fab location on the beach with crystal clear water for swimming. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. We wandered along the promenade to try other places but the hotel restaurant surpassed all of them. The restaurant team were also more than willing to adapt to dietary requests (vegetarian, allergies etc.), and were amused by, but very accommodating of, our requests for things like "steak salad but without the steak" and "scallop risotto but without the scallops, please". My room and balcony were very generously sized, with a proper desk for working at, and plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Both the room and the restaurant were excellent value for money.

“Tucepi’s gem”

Absolutely spotless, well-designed hotel. The restaurant, their menu and the quality of food is exceptional. Hotel staff are very well trained, attentive and nice. There is always a bit of a personal touch in the service of everyone. We had a one bedroom appartment with stunning unspoiled views. This place is to die for.
