“It happens :)”
Apartment is close to the beach, well equipped (TV, fridge, kitchenette, etc) there's free parking space in front of the house. The owner is open and helpful - did an exception for us to accommodate with our puppy and was doing her best to fix our concerns. Several good restaurants, two beaches and few small groceries nearby.
