The room was very nice and clean and with everything one needs. The location was convenient.

Very easy access, fabulous and spotless, big room with balcony. Parking just next to it, as well as restaurants. Walking to the city center only 5 minutes. No breakfast needed due to great dinner the night before and beautiful streetcafes to enjoy a coffee and a croissant.

Quiet sleep hotel, good for multi day stay where all day I was out on business at university complex elsewhere uptown.

We had a family room, it was spacious and well designed in terms of layout and facilities and was also modern and very clean. Check in was easy and the car park was next door. It was a short walk to the town centre. The manager or staff member we spoke to in the morning when leaving was extremely helpful

Appalling customer service. Despite several emails informing them we were coming by motorbike, we parked up and received a very abrupt and rude call, demanding we moved the bike immediately. I asked for help but was told she didnt know and it was very difficult and we needed to sort it ourselves. Absolutely no help provided, and it took us over an hour to park as everywhere was parking permits. Parked in a very unsafe place, so had a restless worrying night. We were promised parking was provided. If you want a completely faceless, unhelpful experience, then this is the place. If anything goes wrong, you are totally on your own. I would avoid at all costs and stay near the old town

“Nice stay in Tübingen”

Rooms were big and spacious enough. We actually had a nice view. Beds were quite big and it was just a pleasant place to stay at in order to discover Tübingen.

Spacious bedroom & bathroom, well-designed storage/open wardrobe, coffee machine & kettle, no a/c but pedestal fan very effective on hot days. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The room is comfortable and very well equipped: the bed is comfy, roll shutter are room darkening, there is a small fridge as well as a water kettle and a coffee machine( with capsules). The bathroom is modern, even though it is small (one at a time, please)Please note: this is strictly for an overnight stay, and no breakfast is available. Bonus for travelers: it is in walking distance to the railway station.

I was a bit surprised that the entrance to the hotel was on the 3rd floor of the building, but once I was up there it felt nice and cozy. I enjoyed everything except the pillows. I found it hard to sleep on them. Also the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The communication via iMessage was very efficient. All in all, it was a good stay and good value for money.
