Very helpful staff at check in. There's no lift at the property but we got moved to the first floor as my mother is elderly and wouldn't have coped with walking up 3 floors.

“Novelty value”
On arrival, it transpired that our booking had somehow been deleted from their records. However, to compensate for such an error, we were instead offered a small 2-bedroom apartment within the same building.
