Reception work is horrible , we was waiting more than one hour and finally at 17:30 they give us the room .

Spent 21 nights there for work. Good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, sandwiches, fruit juices, yogurt, coffee and milk, cakes, cereals, eggs. Friendly and helpful staff, basic English and Portuguese but no obstacles in effective communication. Good restaurant for dinner with various options. I only tried the picanha and it was very good for around 50 reais which is an average price for a good meal (a few more chips would have been appreciated, but it was very good and still enough unless you are very hungry and might need something else) and a good beer which was an additional 10 or so which is good. Daily room cleaning (garbage, sweeping, windows, surfaces etc.) and sheets + towels change. They have fruit and coffee in the bar during the day. Taxi service can be requested at the reception Reccomended for long and short term stay.
