no water in bathroom in family room (include bathroom in room) that I have paid more expensive than the room without bathroom (room which is sharing bathroom). but so sad, I need to take a bath outside my room because our bathroom ini room no water supply.

The first room that they gave us was smelly and there were cockroaches and a rathole in the bathroom. We asked for a new room and the staff was nice and gave us a larger room for the same price. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because two drunken men were really noisy and rattle at our door. The thing was that there was a door that linked the our room and their room. It was closed but we still were shoked and we didn't knwo what their intention was, so left.
