“Very comfortable stay”

The private onsen on the balcony was just magic. I was able to take several baths a day and it really helped my stiff heck and shoulders. The staff service was exemplary. They have a nice walled open garden just outside the breakfast room. Most importantly, they have Shiatsu masseurs available.

Everything about this hotel is luxurious and comfortable. Rooms are big, beds are large and comfortable. Parking is easy, breakfast is good. Central and close to restaurants. Highly recommended

Exceeded my expectations. Thought it was just a decent hotel but was quite modern, sleek and meticulous in their design. Just look at the efforts made in their garden or rooftop. Rooms were very spacious too. There were private solo onsens that were FCFS. Didnt get to try them as there was a long queue. Anyways my room had a private one which was pretty well positioned to look in the direction of the castle, which lit up at night.

Clean and feel like it is new. They draw a Halloween pumpkin on the sand and it is interesting!

As expected from the Japanese service in ryokan, the comfort is exceptional. The staff were hospitable. The rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast had many dishes to choose from. My parents were very happy. Thank you!

“Enjoyable stay”

The room size is not that big but adequately accommodates a family of 4 to stay. The in-room "onsen" is really an add-on to our stay here. I also appreciate the free drinks provided in the fridge and beverages in the room.

“Surprisingly cheap for such a high quality hotel”

Wasn't expecting such a good hotel for the price i paid (couldnt stay in a formula 1 for the same price back home). Mixed western/Japanese aesthetic which was done quite tastefully. We booked the cheapest room they had but they clearly have some very swanky rooms if you care to splash out. Great location if you're planning to check out the castle. A short walk to restaurants and shops. 7-11 just up the road. Free parking onsite if you're coming by car. Traditional baths were nice. There's an open air one as well. Nice Lounge area with free tea for relaxing in while waiting for your partner to finish up. Breakfast was good. Mostly Japanese style but they had bacon and eggs, pastries, fruit & cereal as well.

“The hotel quality is good”

There are too few self-service laundry machines. The nearby shopping street and shopping center are rather desolate, with few people around, making the area seem somewhat forlorn.

Spent one night here in a room with the private onsen and we absolutely loved it! The room was super spacious with a nice living room and a couch and there were 2 TVs in total. The beds were really comfy and the room was super clean. Very warm and well curated interiors that made our stay special. The private onsen was an absolute delight too! Breakfast was also pretty enjoyable and we sat at an area overlooking the outdoor garden. We only wish we had more time here!
