For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style. There was plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly and happy. The hotel was close to the JR station, and there were umbrellas provided if required. Free coffee is available in the afternoon/evening.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station and also very close to Kehi Jingu and other attractions. The facilities and the services provided are excellent. For those who drive, there are plenty of spaces within the hotel grounds.

I stayed in this hotel last year and I liked it so I come back for another night this year. It's conveniently located next to Tsuruga Station and within walking distance of the Galaxy Express 999 Sculptures and Kehi Jingu. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The staff courteous and efficient. I also made use of the coin laundrette in the hotel. I think I stayed for breakfast last year but I have not done it this year.

This was my second stay at the hotel, in both cases it was chosen due to a good price, and the proximity to the train station, as it's just on the corner from it. There are also lots of convenience stores nearby. The room is comfy, and in the case of this stay also had a lovely view of the station. The window can be opened for ventilation, and yet the noise isolation is good enough that when the window is closed it's silent. Wi-fi worked well in the room. There's a great work chair by the desk Breakfast was good, it's a pre-assembled set of western or Japanese style, with a few buffet options on the side. Can't comment on washers-dryers and the hot bath as haven't used neither during the stay.

I could actually fit in to the provided lounge wear. The public bath was nice, although only with one hot bath.

The receptionist and even the girl in house keeping speak very good English. I can ask as many question as I need to. The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR station. Shops and eateries are close by as well. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. I had everything I needed and I slept extremely well there.

The surrounding is quiet. terminal, convenient store are walkable distance from hotel. The breakfast is just good for us.
