“Excellent stay very nearby Kenkyu-Gakuen station and IIAS Mall and Torisen Supermarket.”
The hotel is located nearby IIAS Mall, Torisen Supermarket, a coin operated laundry next to Torisen Mall, and most importantly very close to Kenkyu Gakuen station, connecting us to University of Tsukuba. The hotel has laundry service and a nice lounge on site. Very clean and neat hotel.

“Great staff and location”
The hotel has an onsite onsen, I had no idea when I booked it so it was a really nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is coin laundry available and lots of vending machines. It is very close to the Kenkyu-Kakuen station and many restaurants and bars as well as the large shopping mall.

It is near to the train station and there are plenty of restaurants, along with a few convenience stores nearby. There is a shared hotspring bath on the 2nd floor, with coin washing machines, dryer, and vending machines. There is also a big shopping mall that is of a walkable distance.
