Friendly staff, a convenient location, and a good Japanese-style breakfast. I have stayed here several times and it has never disappointed. There are a range of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.

“The facilities were much as I expected, and the location was extremely convenient”
The hotel was extremely conveniently located for the International Conference Centre. The Japanese breakfast was good, although no option for western breakfast was offered.

This hotel is pretty tired and well overdue for a makeover - the facilities are basic and it feels exhausted - the carpet in my room was dirty and there was a fairly distinctive odour.

“Amazing hotel for a bargain price”
I loved the location as it is close to Lawsons as well as a few good niche shopping and thrift stores. Parking was adequate and the amenities were perfect

“Good hotel in the center of Tsukuba”
The hotel offered a good overall experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the price was fair. Additionally, the room size was decent considering Japanese standards.
