Overview
Only a 5-minute walk from Tsu Station, the Grand Court Tsu Nishi offers simple modern accommodations with free WiFi. Polite staff. For some reason, I ended up in a smoker's room/floor. Staff was easy to change it to non-smoking. They have breakfast included in price. Adequate choices for the room price

“Great Business hotel”
Great location near to the station. A really convenient business hotel that has everything you need. There is also a large SPA facility which would be nice to use.

“I really enjoy this hotel's breakfast, and the pricing is fair.”
Food is excellent. I'm really fond of it. A wide variety of food is available, all with excellent flavour. There are numerous options for delicious drinks, including coffee, macha, orange, and other varieties. The service is also excellent.

Really appreciate the hospitality of the front desk staff. The public toilet inside the hotel is very clean. The railway station is very close hence location is super convenient.

“This efficient hotel is a quiet bargain.”
We walked from the station with big wheely suitcases. Yet the place was quiet inside and out. Always interesting to see other guests at breakfast. A good selection of Japanese and North American dishes. Scrambled eggs cooked runny the way chef Gordon Ramsay insists is the best way. The staff was helpful, answered questions, made suggestions, but didn't hover. They have things to do.

“Friendly staff with welcoming atmosphere”
We liked the friendly, helpful staff and the cheerful, family atmosphere.The breakfast was excellent and good value.The location was very convenient for the station and the park nearby was beautiful with the cherry trees in full blossom.

I arrived quite late in the evening but was warmly greeted without hesitation. Exceptional night's sleep, could have stayed for a week! They offered a whole selection of complimentary self-care products on arrival, bath salts, wash towel, ear plugs, tea etc. which allowed real relaxation. The pillows were perfect.
