“An average hotel”
The location is centrally located near the train station. It is just right outside the hotel. The staff were nice as well and so was the breakfast

Its location is strategic, a minute walk to the station both JR and Kintetsu. It is located near basic and cheap stores and shops such as Saizeriya, Daiso, Matsukiyo. The room is larger than common Japan's hotel with a spacious bathroom. Cleaning is done daily by the staff, all staff members are warm and nice.

“I enjoyed my stayed. The hotel accommodated with all the essential amenities and friendly service.”
I thought the breakfast was satisfactory. It did not stand out as underwhelming or outstanding. Service was friendly and welcoming while also accommodating.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and very tasty. The staff was so kind and friendly. It was a very nice experience. There is also free coffee offered in the lobby most of the day.

Great breakfast for 1000yen, best part of my day. Right next to the main tsu train station and I used as base for nygoya and ise area day trips. This is a good value compared to the other places especially if you one of the rail passes.
