Our stay with Mrs. Thimoklia was and will remain unforgettable for us. Her warm welcome, along with that of everyone else there, who would do anything for you. She had jars of pickled fruit, delicious olives, and freshly baked desserts ready for us, and she prepared something for breakfast every day. We stayed in Apartment No. 2 with a large terrace, from which we watched the sunset every evening while still enjoying our privacy. As a farewell gift, she once again treated us to local specialties. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Timoklia! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The villa is comfortable, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax, but what made our experience truly special was the amazing hospitality of the owner. Every morning she brought us delicious homemade food, and she always greeted us with kindness and warmth. She is such a thoughtful and welcoming person, and we felt more like guests in a friend’s home than in a rental. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Greece — this is a place where you will feel cared for and at home.

A hidden gem. The villas are equipped with everything you need. The pool is beautiful. There is plenty of space to relax. The owners are so friendly and generous, really wonderful hospitality. The lovely lady that runs it offered us complimentary delicious breakfast and jarred goods every day. Only a 5 minute drive from some great beaches. Cute cats.

Great location, at the beginning of the most beautiful part of the island and all the beaches. Amazing pool with a view and surrounded by nature. Parking in front of the apartments. Everything was clean and very friendly owner who even brings you breakfast.

For what we wanted (using our car to visit several beaches), it was FABULOUS! The property is surrounded on three sides by a pine forest, so it's like you are in the mountains but with sea view and the Lefkada beaches within a decent driving distance. All the "rooms" are studios (bedroom open into the living room) or apartments (fully separate bedroom), all the bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs (and curtains!), and the quality of the built and decoration was impeccable. The access is super easy, next to the main road just outside the village of Tsoukalades.

The property is a jewell! Surrounded on three sides by a pine forest, it is like you are in a mountain resort, but with the Lefkada beaches nearby!
